Finish your book with confidence.

Do not clear app data or repeatedly force-quit the app. Close other BabyBook windows, confirm that the device has enough free storage, then choose “Retry Save.” Recovery Center in book settings shows recent local recovery points.

Go to Settings → Book Backup & Transfer and export a .babybook file. Mac uses the system save dialog; iPhone uses the system save or share sheet. This file contains the book and photo assets, so protect it as you would family photos. Import it on another supported device to continue editing.

The trial starts only after you explicitly confirm it in the app and does not charge automatically. Full-resolution, watermark-free PDF export is available for seven days. Basic editing and the free sample export remain available afterward.

Personal Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. After reinstalling or changing iPhone or Mac, choose “Restore Purchase” in Settings or the Export panel and use the Apple Account that made the purchase. A canceled purchase, pending Ask to Buy approval, or network interruption will not delete your books.

Before export, address empty photo slots, low-resolution images, and text overflow in the Quality panel. Export needs additional storage space. For a large book, keep the app in the foreground and confirm that the device has enough free space.

Include your macOS or iOS version, BabyBook version, the steps that led to the issue, and the exact error shown. Settings can generate a privacy-redacted diagnostic summary. Please do not send children’s photos, complete book files, or screenshots containing private information unless support explains why they are necessary.
